Welcome to Bury St Edmunds Trout Club.

We are a members only fly fishing club located near Lackford and offer both river and stillwater fly fishing. The club controls the section of river upstream from Lackford Bridge up to just below Fullers Mill Garden. It is marked on the map on this page. If you are interested in fishing the river or any of our stillwaters then please contact us via our enquiries form.

The club is currently involved in a number of restoration projects and ongoing maintenance work on the river. Please find some information regarding these works on the stewardship section of this page.
